I'm a Kingdom Factor Coach based in Akron, Ohio, and an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience, primarily in the hospitality industry. Throughout my career, my team and I created more than 7,000 meetings, events, and receptions—including catering for 25 Pro Football Hall of Fame Induction events. In each of those moments, we had just one opportunity to create both a “wow experience” and a lasting impression. I call that the Black Tie Experience.

Today, as a keynote speaker, strategic trainer, facilitator, and leadership coach, I use the lessons I’ve learned from decades in business to teach organizations how to focus on Hospitality, Service Excellence, and Selfless Leadership. Whether working with companies, associations, or individuals, my goal is to help others overcome obstacles and achieve their goals by creating a culture that consistently delivers exceptional experiences.

At the center of everything I do—from coaching to speaking to business—is my faith. Honoring God by putting Him first is not only my personal commitment, it’s the foundation of my message. In my faith-based seminars and coaching, I challenge people to reflect: Do others know you’re a Christian by how you show up each day—by how you look, act, speak, and serve?

I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations across industries, including association management, travel and tourism, healthcare, hospitality, senior living, and education. I’m a proud graduate of The University of Akron and a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association (NSA). Beyond my work, I’m passionate about serving my community and have served on numerous nonprofit boards, including the Alzheimer’s Association, OPEN M (a Christian Ministry), Jennings Senior Living, Goodwill Industries, and the Humane Society of Summit County.
